When you contact the Quill, please provide us with as much information about your project as possible to help us advise you properly.
We aim to build a long-term relationship with clients. Listening attentively and asking questions from the start are inherent to our approach.
We are very open and direct with Patricia, who responds in kind. She asks probing questions about a project's stakes and the larger context to which it belongs. I think you'll value her professionalism.
